Why what’s behind your action creates your results

This post will explore why your underlying belief or disbelief about yourself will make or break your results.

Your underlying belief or disbelief about yourself will be a limiting factor behind your growth or lack thereof.

Your belief can either make it or break it. What’s under your actions will create your results.

This is one (not the only) reason why 2 people can follow the exact same diet plan and workout routine and end up with drastically different results.

Or why 2 people can both start dating journeys and one end up heartbroken and the other happily married.

Or why 2 people with the same business coach, can create dramatically different results, one a $100K business and the other $ 1 mil.

Your underlying belief or disbelief about yourself will be a limiting factor behind your growth or lack thereof.

What’s exciting is that it can be built.

Just because something hasn’t happened yet, doesn’t mean it won't happen soon.

I’m living proof.

I was the ultimate action taker, to extremes.

Hustle was my middle name.

But, the more action I took, I STILL wasn’t reaping the rewards that I wanted.

Because I was full of disbelief in myself, my abilities, and what was possible ‘for someone like me.’

Then I hired coaches, took courses, and went to work from a different mindset.

When I made my belief work the number one action item on my to-do list, and cleaned up my limiting beliefs, the floodgates opened.

This is now the work I do with my clients.

When you start to tap into possibility, doors open that you never believed were possible. Let’s connect.

Healing self sabotaging behaviors

ABOUT THE AUTHOR I’m Meg Smithson and I remember vividly the heartache, distress, and agony that self sabotaging behaviors caused me. Between eating disorders, anxiety, major self doubt, and constant imbalance, I couldn’t seem to live the fulfilling life I imagined.

If you are currently dealing with this, I get it & know exactly how you feel.

I spent a decade of heartache striving to fit the elusive mold of what mainstream considered “perfect” all while trying to figure out why I was put on this earth.

I learned to listen to what I needed…

…not what others expected of me. Gradually, I felt freedom like I had never imagined I could.

What does a relationship coach do?

Now, I teach women to find that freedom, too, by helping them create the relationship that they really want, faster by first healing their attachment to shame, people pleasing, & perfectionism.

Meg coaches women by identifying areas of self sabotage, helping them break up with the shame that usually accompanies that, and then shows them how to set boundaries around the emerging 2.0 version they want to become, and live that life, unapologetically.
